The price of goods ordered is the current price at the time of your order. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

3. RISK & TITLE

Lunora Home will retain title to the goods you order until full payment is made for those goods. 4. ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

We reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints. Backorders will be recorded and delivered as soon as they become available, unless otherwise specified.

Lunora Home will attempt to dispatch all orders within a reasonable timeframe from the date the order is made; however, we accept no responsibility for delays. As we work with various suppliers, some items may be dispatched separately. We will notify you of any unexpected delays as soon as reasonably possible.

5. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased on the Site, we may offer a refund, store credit, or exchange on the condition that:

a. You contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

b. The goods are returned to us in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all labels, tickets, and packaging attached.

You are responsible for the postage fees for returning the item to us. We accept no responsibility for returns sent via non-traceable postage methods or those that we do not receive. We strongly suggest you send your returned items using a traceable postage method.

No exchanges, credit notes, or refunds are offered on sale or clearance items unless they are faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they do not comply with our returns policy. Any refused items will be returned to you, and additional postage will be charged.

If you believe your item is faulty or was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
